Positive: The osen there are many type of onsen

Negative: 1. The staff put us in the room which pet allow ( Pet cage in the room).although we didn't booked That kind of room. 2. The showers and water in the bath room was dark brown colours, and that room was unable to use, the hotel had to moved us to other room. 3 although in the bathroom, toilet had sign of inspected, but with dirty water from the pipes, they still put guests in that room, I wonder. wether the staff really inspected the room? 4. There are many day trip guests use the onsen, especially at night time, I feltl not comfortable when enter the onsens
