Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Reception (during check-in) staff were very nice, relatively spacious rooms, location - near all main shops. There are kitchen and laundry equipment if you need, but we were in no need.

Negative: It’s must be low-cost hotel (you know, like Ryanair, but the hotel), unfortunately, with full rate price paid it was a big disappointment (especially in comparison to other JP hotels). Check out at 10AM, if you want an hour later - pay extra, uncomfortable small hard pillow - pay extra for more comfortable, coffee - pay extra, etc. The room design and layout is like DIY, being in beg you look at big trash can with text “Burnable garbage”, a really relaxing view. No coziness at all! But the most disappointing was bad cleaning. I found cigarette on the floor, dust everywhere, carpets with stains, even eating table surface was’t properly cleaned. For Japan, it is indeed low level. Having this hotel for under 60€, would be ok. But 140€? You can find better!!!
