Positive: This hotel was so nice and had so many amenities I have not had before: free bike rental which we used to get to the nearby 7/11, the staff were lovely and very helpful, free marshmallows and bonfire, free drinks in the lounge in the evening, a nice restaurant with tasty food, and the room was very comfortable and clean. Everyone we met at the hotel was friendly and it was nice and quiet.

Negative: We decided to stay here because it is close to Universal Studios on the map, but we did not do enough research on the public transport because there is one bus that takes you from this hotel and into the city/to universal studios and it runs once to twice an hour, so we ended up having to taxi to universal studios and we felt we could not experience all we wanted to experience in Osaka because we were only staying for the weekend and didn't realise our hotel was so out of the way. The hotel was very nice though!
