Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: We could leave our luggage at a ryokan nearby for the morning and afternoon before the check in. The house was very clean and spacy, very well equipped. A very good kitchen. Good washing machine plus laundry detergent. Quiet nice neighbourhood (unfortunately we didn't have enough time to enjoy).

Negative: I should have received the code for the key box per e-mail but I didn't. We had to call the staff but solved the problem fast. In the dark we had to look for the house for a couple minutes as it was in a niche. There were signes, it just took us some time to notice. It was a bit crowdy for 7 people with only one bath. Also we got 6 big and 8 small towels instead of 7/7 :). But it was ll very slight discomfort.

Summary: Absolutely recommended for a big company.
