Summary: A comfortable and well-run hotel with good service and a pleasant lake view. The Japanese-style breakfast was very good, though not outstanding. The free shuttle to Odawara Station was very convenient, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Overall a solid stay, even if the atmosphere felt more like a large hotel than a unique experience.
