Positive: This is the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I’ve stayed in several very nice hotels in Asia and Europe. The room was extremely spacious and well designed. Very minimalist with lots of natural light. It was nice to swim in the evening with some of the best starry night skies I’ve seen. The breakfast was great, and they remembered all my wife’s dietary preferences. They remembered our names and made us feel very welcome. They had a very nice employee “Anh” who spoke perfect English and gave us helpful suggestions on beaches to go for snorkeling or swimming. They rented us very nice wet suits and snorkeling equipment. They offered in room message on short notice. The room itself was extremely nice, but the level of service that we got was truly unbelievable.
