Positive: Everything was absolutely amazing. The team are genuine and professional with a wonderful set-up that makes you feel at home. The room (Double King) was spacious, comfortable and super well-styled. Quiet, safe location and perfectly positioned near the station with tons to do in the surrounding areas. Not a single thing to fault. The girls were so helpful with information pre-arrival, as we had some things to clarify with a guest arriving earlier, as well as a package coming. Not a single moment was stressful, and they even let us store our bags and rest in the common area before we headed to the airport, too. Thank you for such a wonderful time! Best hotel in Tokyo by far.
