Other things to note
GARBAGE:
You will be responsible in observing the local garbage disposal rules.
You will segregate between 1. burnable, 2. non burnable waste and also 3. pet/plastic bottles, can, glass and 4. cardboard boxes. You will use the HOUSE GARBAGE bags and completely knot them so that it is sealed. Double bag them if necessary. You can stock your garbage in the balcony stock if your stay is within 3 days and we will collect after check in. Beyond that, we will decide on a day/time to drop by and collect to ensure ensure hygiene. Should the amount of garbage become excessive, you must inform us so that we can collect regardless of the 3 day rule.
NOISE:
The value of Daikanyama is in its peaceful residential area so REALLY BE MINDFUL of NOISE, people live next doors and 3rd, 4th and 5th floors of the property are residential/business tenants. Respect the residents as you would at your homes.
