Positive: Great facilities and food. The location was also only a short walk from Hakata Station. The lounge has a nice atmosphere to it with a good selection of drinks and snacks. The room was very comfortable.

Negative: The bathroom and toilet walls were a type of opaque glass and not sound-proof. So you could vaguely see what was going on in there and clearly hear it.

Summary: Great facilities and food, but the bathroom and toilet were a bit strange
