Summary: Very nice hotel with excellent dinner and breakfast..we were served by a staff name RINA…she is extremely polite, cheerful and very friendly…she even personally wrote a goodbye card to me… that’s was very thoughtful and really appreciate her service. Will definitely stay again if I am going to be in Yamagata…it’s like coming home….thank you once again
