Positive: I LOVE THIS PLACE. Definitely will visit again. The value was far beyond the cost. The staff were amazing—super polite and incredibly helpful. I was especially touched when I woke up in the morning to find my shoes neatly placed at the front door and the snow already cleared off my car. You get to experience many different types of onsen, all private, with beautiful views and spacious, elegant baths entirely to yourself. It truly felt like a once-in-a-lifetime experience. They also provided yukata and a traditional kotatsu, making it a complete Japanese cultural experience in one package. I’ve stayed at several expensive hotels before, but this place offered even better service than some of the luxury hotels I’ve experienced. I felt like a vip during my stay. I’m genuinely amazed.

Summary: CP值超高. will definitely visit again—the price is low, but the service and experience feel premium.
