Positive: The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of Dotonbori, Kuromon Market, Den Den Town, Namba Station, and many restaurants and convenience stores. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was quiet despite being close to the city’s attractions. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the amenities were well maintained.

Negative: The room was small, which is expected in Japan, but manageable. I also think the hotel should clearly post a notice at the front desk and on its website that luggage forwarding should be arranged at least two days before departure. This would help guests avoid last-minute surprises and plan their travel better.
