Positive: The location was perfect! Easy access to city centre especially Shibuya. Right across the road they also have a supermarket which was helpful. The room was clean and the owner was very thoughtful, gave us gifts and amenities, even raincoat and umbrellas also! Quick communication, and elevator in the building is a huge plus. Just right for a family or group of four

Negative: Since it's close to the city centre, it can get quite noisy at night and the there is a faint ciggarette smell (not from the room, but near the entrance, I think from other tenants) but I think overall it's still a recommended place!
