Positive: I loved having the lobby at street level and no place where I had to use stairs. This is the 2nd time I've been to Japan disabled and this hotel made everything easier. The Lawson next door is a huge plus also.

Negative: Being short on change to do laundry. I ended up needing to make purchases to get change.
