Summary: Can’t say enough good things about our stay. From the moment we pulled up to reception, every member of staff were so welcoming, attentive, and accomodating. The property itself is incredible; and our room had the most insane view of beautiful Mt Fuji. Everything was perfect and our stay was truly something unique and special.
