Summary: The hotel staffs were very professional, kind and patient with their customers. Our room was very clean and spacious for our family of four. Also, the shuttle service to Disney Sea and Disneyland was very convenient except it’s not designed to accommodate travelers with bigger luggages. The limousine bus to the airport was also very easy for us and the bellmen were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
