Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Great quality of room with excellent views, facilities and communal areas. Really friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner was excellent.

Negative: Since it was the Easter weekend, it was pretty busy and the staff struggled a bit to replenish supplies at the breakfast buffet. No big deal though. The spa facilities are on the small side and there is only an outdoor pool which was freezing.

Summary: Excellent hotel for a long weekend in the Black Forest
