Positive: Affordable with included breakfast options. Close to a lot of restaurants and convenience stores. Close to Nakanoshima station, Keihin Electric railway and bus stops that go directly to Osaka station. Provides the basic amenities in the room.

Negative: The bathroom walls near the shower had some stains Very few outlet points for charging
