Summary: Hotel New Grand is old school hospitality, where a guests is treated like a celebrity. They are all amazing at their job, with their kindness, attention to detail, and the pleasant atmosphere they help create. Of all the hotels I've stayed at, there are only 2 other hotels that come close. Easy 5/5 stars, and definitely a hotel I'd recommend.
