Positive: It was very relaxing and beautiful. The food was a buffet style for breakfast and dinner. It was delicious. The all you can drink for dinner was very good. The drinks they had available were a good selection and some options were local to the area and things we’ve never seen before. There was a good variety of options. The bath was also very nice. The futon style bedding in the tatami room was comfortable. The room was very spacious.

Negative: This is not the fault of the hotel but if you are traveling via Shinkansen and bus/train, be aware that there are not many taxis in the area. The bus is also cash only so don’t forget to bring change. It was 1400 yen per person from Ureshino-Onsen Station to the hotel via bus and it was about 1.5 hours ride.
