Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Friendly staff and by staff I mean the reception team, the location is fair which is quite close to Plärrer (Nürnberg). I didn't have breakfast in this hotel so can't comment on that.

Negative: the area around where the hotel is located wasn't very pleasant due to ongoing construction, however it was always quite (during December Christmas times). the room facility was a bit outdated, for example there is no heater in the bathroom except old infrared light bulb. water heating was barely warm, so hot shower wasn't possible. room cleaning was a bit challenging since I requested my room to be cleaned several times on different days, and usually cleaning means only changing the towels but not bedsheets, or pillows, which was quite frustrating and had to ask for it and wait in my room to make sure someone's changing it.
