Positive: Small utilities are provided in the reception, like toothbrushes, etc. Simple and sustainable. The second floor area with the communal meal area is well-received.

Negative: The check-in experience was deeply confusing. Received an email that pointed out a complicated access to the app on a smartphone, and in the end, we received two apartment cards. It can be very complicated if the person receiving bad info
