Summary: The hotel’s location and overall condition were decent. However, even the front desk staff didn’t know whether breakfast was included in the reservation or not. Despite it not being a standard room, the experience from the very first day of stay wasn’t particularly pleasant. It seems they really need more careful and thorough staff training.
