Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The rom is nice and spacious for Japan standards. Very clean and well maintained. Staff was very cooperative and friendly.

Negative: We liked the property but since we were given the Harbour house rooms which were at the lower level there was no direct view. That should have beeen clearly explained in the room description when someone books. We also requested for room change for the second night but were not offered the same even though we could see many of the upper rooms were empty. That was a bummer!

Summary: Pleasing but could have been better if we had been allotted upper rooms!
