Positive: Excellent location 5’ walking from the Shinkansen train station. Comfy room. Nice breakfast. Also close to rental car offices, convenient stores etc. Good value for money.

Negative: Nothing really, maybe the room a bit small but quite standard in Japan. A/C controller only in Japanese.

Summary: Very good value for money in excellent location.
