Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Perfect location for us travelling to Italy. Very clean and tidy. Lovely friendly people. A good room for the money and super restaurant.

Negative: The arrangement is to take your room key from a safe box at the entrance door, and the instructions were in an email. I can see how this is convenient, and to be fair I hadn’t noticed the email because we booked very last minute, but it felt a bit impersonal and unwelcoming when we arrived very tired after driving for 16 hours.
