Summary: The first impression wasn't good. The woman at the reception definitely wasn't used to talk to non japanese persons. She just mumbled bare understandable single words, instead of using full sentences. And this even when I talked to here in japanese all the time. The service during breakfast also wasn't very polite. Other than that, the hotel was excellent
