Summary: This hotel provided excellent services from check in to check out. Staff were friendly and professional. The room was spacious and clean, with a very nice view. The onsen experience was superior as the hotel had different onsen pools for guests to enjoy, and the changing room was also very neat and clean. The buffet dinner and breakfast were great, which offered a wide range of quality food choices. There were also many free-of-charge facilities and services available for guests to enjoy - liquor bar with a varieties of spirit, library cafe, massage chair. Overall the experience with this hotel was very remarkable. I would highly recommend this hotel for couples/friends/families - definitely a 10 out of 10 for me.
