Positive: I had a wonderful experience here thanks to the kind and attentive staff who made me feel truly welcome. They even used Google Translate to help explain the facilities and meals, which was incredibly thoughtful. The food was absolutely delicious, and the onsens were spotless and easy to use. My room was comfortable, with a beautiful view overlooking the river. We also enjoyed a peaceful morning stroll through the garden before breakfast. The staff were very helpful in arranging luggage forwarding, making our stay even more convenient. If you're looking for an authentic and memorable stay, this is the perfect place.
