Positive: Nice 👍🏼! The Onsen Bath are nice! Private and public ! Also the foot massage machines and body massage seat! Staff very helpful. Breakfast and buffets and dinner are wonderful !

Negative: Swimming pool closed… it is a resort .. the children love swimming, to play, since may and June already good time for swimming pool! It is good price only if the swimming pool is available. The location is so far from the beach… that’s why the pool must be working longer time during whole year! The people goes to Shirahama for beach and the swimming pool is a good complement of vacation and valuable price.

Summary: Booking.com should make clear that the swimming pool is closed … even the photos on booking.com should be real ones! Wit
